WebGunlok is in the far back of Kaladim in the Pally guild. You can hand in 4 bone chips at a time stacked or unstacked, or you can hand in up to 4 stacks of 4 bone chips at a time. No more than 4 in a stack. At level 7 I received about 3% XP per hand in. At level 6 it was about 4% XP per hand in (so 1% per chip). For example if you start on Fay bone chips (Kaladim gives better xp than Felwithe for some reason) then CB belts and pads is a pretty good way to go.

Apr 6, 2015. #2. it still works fine.. alth the newer version is quicker. it starts in kaladim at Gunluk Jure , can be done with evil races if you do the faction belt quest in (cant remember name of zone lol) currently got a toon to 84, theoreticaly 105 should be possible just take ages.

Then head to the Dragon Skeleton. There are numerous skellies there that will give you XP. (now this is assuming you are a Gnome. A DE or Iskar will be KOS there and dies quickly).
