WebJan 20, 2024 · The new museum will bear the name of Cheech Marin of Cheech & Chong fame, the counterculture comedy duo who made people laugh in the 1970s. Drew Oberjuerge, the Riverside Art Museum’s executive director, said Marin is not only a celebrity, but also one of the world’s top 200 art collectors.
