Cr10 marlin bed heating failed
WebJul 26, 2024 · Recently I installed Marlin 1.1.8 on my Cr10 cause i wanted to use a bltouch. I got the firmware installed just fine but now i get "e1 heat failed - reset" on my lcd when i try heating either and both the hot end and the bed. I double checked all my wiring and everything looks fine. Is there anything within the config that sets a threshold of temp? WebJun 28, 2024 · The error is basically saying "I'm applying power and its not getting hot enough quick enough." Common causes, Thermistor not making good contact with heater block. Heating element not firmly attached to control board (loose screws) and less rare (But I suspect this is your issue)
