It turns out that Xbox Game Pass saved the grounded save files in the same place but under a different folder. The folder "Grounded" was for Steam and the folder named "Grounded Windows 10" was from the Xbox game pass. WebHonestly, there is no way to know if this will occur again, most likely, it will never happen again, because the Windows Startup process seems to have repaired itself, but there is no guarantee this would not happen again in the future, the only thing you can so is to make sure you keep your Windows 11 fully up to fate.
