WitrynaI had the same problem and am taking meds for it but honestly, they don't really help if you don't have the will to get up. Some days I sleep 20 hours a day. But the days … WitrynaI’m 9 days post op and can’t seem to sleep more that 6,5 hours a night. At first I thought it was how much back pain I was in but that has changed dramatically. people who work 12 hours a day 5+ days a week - HOW? : r/jobs
WitrynaI probably sleep about 10-12 hours a day nowadays. It's not even that I'm particularly sleepy. I just stay in bed and I have nothing else to do anyways. But she will always wake up within 45 minutes I can nurse her back to sleep at that point. WitrynaThe sleeping 12+ hours itself is ok. It's the reason why you're sleeping so much and the loss of waking hours that's the problem. Having 4+ hours less time awake and still … WitrynaIf i'm not being forced to wake up (i.e. going to work) then I can sleep soundly for 12 hours.
