WebThe premise and the themes of the book were very interesting and the writing style engaging. However, the story itself had an uneven flow and elements were added in that seemed irreverent and confusing to me. I thought that the character development of the house girl herself was weak while the parallel character of the lawyer was a little better. WebMay 2, 2011 · A romance, long short story. Of course the occupant of the house is a beautiful young girl, and of course there is a mystery and a romance which ends happily. Good for a hot day.
